I’m the same way! I use these two brands. They’re both from grass-fed, pasture raised cattle. They’re not certified organic but I haven’t seen a brand that is (though there could be one out there). You can use one with alcohol, it just may give the drink a noticeable alcohol taste. I’ve used both before.
